Johanssen Apit with Flow J, the Flowify robot, on his head

We don't sell you AI. We make sure your phone never loses a job, and we stay to keep it that way.

For HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops with three to twenty people. Every call, text and web form gets answered and booked, day or night. Your people still talk to your customers. One person is responsible for keeping it running. That person is Johanssen.

  1. Calls
  2. Texts and forms
  3. Booked
A two line business phone console with an active call, voicemail transcripts and a message thread, sample data.
A messenger thread beside a lead record, showing a bot handing the conversation to a human agent, sample data.
An operations dashboard with an audit feed, an approvals queue, a masked contact card and a kill switch, sample data.
Sample screens, rebuilt from live systems, client details removed. The words on them are examples, not results.

The job you never saw.

It is 6:40 on a Tuesday. Your last tech is on the road. The phone rings, nobody can pick up, it goes to voicemail. The caller does not leave one. They call the next name on the list, and that job is gone.

It happens at lunch, on a roof, at the supply house, and every night after close. It never shows up on a report, because the call never became a job.

We do not sell you AI. We make sure that call gets answered, gets a text back, and gets booked, and we stay on the hook for it.

Want to know how many of yours are going to voicemail right now? That is what the free check is for.

Get the check

Six things, installed in your shop.

We call the package Never Voicemail. You do not build any of it. You receive it, running, and you get one person to call.

  1. After-hours answering. An AI voice picks up when your people cannot. It says it is AI. Emergencies go straight to a human you name.
  2. Instant reply on text and web form. Someone texts or fills in your form at 11 pm, they get an answer in seconds, not in the morning.
  3. Missed-call text-back. The phone rings out, the caller gets a text before they dial the next guy. This goes live on day one. It is the first thing you will see working.
  4. Booking into what you already use. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or a Google Calendar. We do not make you switch.
  5. Your morning summary. One text or email every morning: what came in overnight, what got booked, what needs you.
  6. The monthly one-pager. Calls handled, jobs booked, money caught. One page. You can read it in a minute.

We are not the ones who make the software. There are good boxes out there, and we will use whichever fits your shop. We are the ones who install it, make it work, and answer the phone when it breaks.

How it goes

  1. Check.

We call your shop after hours and fill in your form, then show you what happened. Free, twenty minutes, no pitch.

  2. Install.

We set it up inside your phone system and your calendar. Text-back day one, the rest within the month.

  3. Stay.

A setup fee for the build, a flat monthly for the running. The monthly is us: watching it, fixing it, reporting it. Price on the call, in one sentence, no surprises.

You call Johanssen. Not a bot.

One name and one face is responsible for your system. Not a ticket queue, not a support address. Under the name is a small crew, and rules about what the AI in that crew is never allowed to do. Most "AI automation" shops will not tell you how the work gets made. We will, because the rules are the product.

  1. AI never touches your live system. A human presses deploy.
  2. Every build ships with the logs that prove it ran.
  3. Your customers' data never enters the AI. Ever.
  4. Every build is checked by something that did not write it.
Donatello builds.Raphael checks.Your business.Leonardo plans.Michelangelo, not yet.You.Nothing goes live without a human hand.
  • Leonardo.

Plans. Writes the spec and the brief before anything is built. Never writes production code.

  • Donatello.

Builds. Works inside a fenced sandbox, tests everything, ships evidence. Never touches production. Never holds a real credential.

  • Raphael.

Audits. Reads Donatello's work blind, without his keys or his access. Never shares a machine with the builder.

  • Michelangelo.

The crew. Parallel builders for big jobs. In training. Not on client work yet.

Nicknamed after the turtles. Run by two humans.

Numbers we can stand behind.

We have not run Never Voicemail for a plumber yet. We say that plainly. What we have run is harder: live phone lines, live intake, live chat, inside regulated and busy businesses, with the logs to prove it. Every number below is measured.

  1. 112workflows in productionJune 2026
  2. 27 daysfrom build start to go liveDecember 2025
  3. 1,857records migrated, zero lossJune 2026

Flagship: A regulated psychology practice in Canada.

The situation:
An owner operator running two business lines, one of them handling health data, across more than twenty services.
What was built:
An intake and operations system hosted in Canada so records stay in country under a provincial health privacy law. A phone line that answers with its own number and warm transfers through reception. Twenty seven permissioned actions, each with an audit row and a kill switch beside them. Health related fields masked in view.
What changed:
1,857 records migrated with zero loss and three documented incidents. 112 workflows in production as of June 2026. A dashboard the intake desk opens every working day.
An operations dashboard with an audit feed, an approvals queue, a masked contact card and a kill switch, sample data.
Recreated from the live system, client details removed.

Second story: Comments into leads, a farm lot developer in the Philippines.

The situation:
Comments and messages on a Facebook page, answered by hand, in two languages, at all hours.
What was built:
A chat to lead system that answers in seconds in the customer's own mix of languages, scores the lead, and hands to a human agent the moment payment comes up. Ten workflows handed over with a completion report, so the client can run it without us.
What changed:
106 leads in the first three days. Four named incidents in the first month, each with the fix and the turnaround.

A lead here means a captured conversation, not a qualified or booked one.

A messenger thread beside a lead record, showing a bot handing the conversation to a human agent, sample data.
Recreated from the live system, client details removed.

We stay after go live, and we say what broke.

If it catches nothing new in 60 days, the monthly is free.

We count it with you. Before we start, we take your call log for the last 30 days and mark what went to voicemail. After we start, every call, text and form we answered, and every job it turned into, is on the one-pager you get each month. If that page does not show more jobs caught than your shop caught before, you do not pay the monthly for those two months. The setup fee stays; it paid for real work.

Plain terms, on one page, signed by both of us before anything is installed.

What you are buying, in plain words.

  • We only do the boring stuff. Calls, forms, booking, follow-up. Not your marketing, not your content.
  • One person is responsible. A name and a face, not a ticket queue.
  • We install and we stay.
  • We will tell you no if you do not need it.
  • Your customers still talk to your people. AI handles the transaction, humans keep the relationship.

Not an app. Not a dashboard you have to learn. Not "AI solutions". A phone that never loses a job, and a person who keeps it that way.

Two people, one kitchen table, a lot of string lights.

Flowify is Johanssen and Hani. We work from [[TEXT: city or province, if Splinter wants it shown]], Philippines, mostly after the sun goes down for our clients on the other side of the world. Before this there was a grill restaurant and a telecom store, and a phone that rang while the front desk was already on another call. We know what a missed call costs because we paid for ours. We are building this for our family, which is why we do not ship things we cannot stand behind.
